Hello! My name is Michelle Gronewold and I am the Pastoral Assistant for Youth Ministry here at St. Joseph’s. My family moved to Washington from Iowa in the summer of 2019 and have been members at St. Joseph’s Church since the beginning of this year. I have three adult children--Elizabeth (22), Madeline (21), and William (19), who are all attending school in Iowa and two high schoolers still at home--Alice (17) and John (15), who attend Hockinson High School. I love spending time with my kids, knitting, hiking, playing pickleball, and going to concerts. I've worked both as a youth minister and a faith formation director in my years in ministry and am currently finishing a Master’s Degree in Pastoral Ministry from St. John’s School of Theology in Collegeville, MN. I am excited to be serving in ministry again and so happy to be a part of this great parish!
