NEW! Pray and Stretch

Join us every first and third Saturday at 10:30 AM in Marian Hall for a 60-minute rejuvenating Pray and Stretch class, where we complement the serenity of prayer with the revitalizing practice of stretching. This unique class offers a holistic approach to well-being, focusing on mind, body, and spiritual health. A certified instructor will be leading this class. These classes are offered at no charge, though a free will offering donation is kindly accepted. It’s not required but if you have a yoga mat, please bring it!

NEW! Into the Breach

We are starting a new men’s group here at St. Joseph! Through shared experience and small group discussion, men build a brotherhood, strengthening them in their mission as disciples. These gatherings will take place on the first Saturday of each month at 7:00 am in the St. Teresa Room in Marian Hall.
